well i convert mine from the quicktime POS .mov files to wmv same bitrate size etc and they come on perfect. all my videos from HIN were like over 1gb in .mov files and now their only 300mb

. some videos on YouTube and LiveVideo look really good though, supposedly if you convert them to mpeg4 and a lower bitrate they come out a lot better on YouTube. I haven't been able to get a [free] mpeg4 converter program yet though
