i've only done it once, but did alot of research before i tried it. on Erowid , anyway it says to sit in a dark room in silence. thats what i did and all i saw was patterns, and stuff sounds funny. but it wasnt that enjoyable for me.

i got mine at you name it on bears and florida but it sucked fucking shit tastes nasty as fuck and the trip was fucking bad i went nuts ill just stick to my reefer much better lol but still its like every ting you do you have to do it in the right state of mind if you are all worried and stuff its going to ruin your trip/high
