i will say, the car is going to definately need a cage if you want it to be track worthy. I dunno if i will put it in myself or not, but if someone buys this, i can point them in the right direction depending on how fast they want to go.

Well, i went to the track last week, and there was alot of dust getting kicked up but i still got to make my passes and the 1st run, i about put it into the car next to me on the 1-2 shift...on my 2nd pass, i about put it into the wall on the 1-2 shift...so this week i went on the assumption it'd be dusty conditions again and ill just run the slicks and ease it out of the hole.
So, i get there, and they have been nice enough to actually have a water trunk sprinkle the dirt to keep the dust down. throw the slicks on and hope all goes well.
1st pass, i line up with this blue caprice on slicks. figure it'd be a decent run, so i stage deep and cut a .000 light and am on my way...i think it was a combination of outrunning him and treeing the hell out of him, cause my slip says my lane by .9802 seconds.
2nd pass i get lined up with this fox. nothing special for me again, get up to the tree and stage deep again, cut a .002 light and just walk the hell away.
3rd pass im lined up with this early 70's trans-am. cut another perfect tree but he 60's by me, by 330' were door to door and at the line i've got about a car on him. sick little car, had a 455 in it, i was rather impressed with it and how clean it was, definately got out good.
4th pass was just my last pass of the night, figured i'd see if i could break another axle but no luck there. lined up with this old vega, i cut a crappy tree cause he redlighted way early and it threw me off. i left the line while he stayed back and it was my best 60' all night so i was curious to see what it would do. got a clean pass and as im cutting my lights on to see the turn offs and flip my switches and get the windows open, next thing i know there is a fucking car coming straight at me!!!! im pulling it back through the gears and standing on the brakes and the ass end is just floating around on the slicks. and this guy is still coming at me and turning in the turn off. luckily i missed him but i was damn livid coming down the return road. i get to the timing booth and they thought it was me who was driving backwards for some reason. i get back to the pits and park the car, and im 1/2 way to the mustang by the time my helmet is even off. im just sitting there like dude, WTF was that? and this dumbass is like "Me have car 1st time here"..i just wanted to slap the fuck. i mean i couldnt imagine hitting a car head on

its probably a 11.20's car or abouts. just judging by the way i walked away from him on the 1 kit.
supra's are cheap to mod. they are worthless aswell...well...unless your going from a roll with a F16 or something.
