Antisurge meaning Elimination of compresion surge. or ported shroud/housing all meaning the same thing.
T51R KAI has a 94mm exducer on the compressor and a 76mm inducer on the turbine. T51R SPL has a 102mm exducer on the compressor and 82mm inducer on the turbine. IMO they are both overpriced 
Cheaper alternatives with the same quality and power output. Supra sounds good though

Also, whats this about Vband, ive got a vband turbine outlet and so do most other guys i know with anything precision/garrett based...

my truck's got that shit though
the anti surge cover on the t51 is a strange sounding one as well, really high pitched.
