ummm

if you really want to get into it i guess we can claim the quickest and fastest manual 240sx in the world - and with a little ole 4 cylinder sr20det engine too

best pass thus far has been a 9.22 @ 155 mph - the goal by the end of the season is a 8 second pass - we still have some tricks up our sleeves

oh yeah and that 9.97 pass from the video in the first post was only the 5th pass ever on the car - we got the car done thursday night before this past aprils NHRA opening race and went straight to the track - we were pretty happy to run a 9 second pass on the car's 5th pass ever - we will continue to get quicker and faster over the next couple of months - lots more to do and still staying within the NHRA Sport RWD rules makes it tough

and we are located here in Orlando so if anyone has any questions or needs any help just holler

here is a shot of the car and one of the video's that we have of the 9.35 pass - http://agracingvideo.com/videos/etown/subaruvs240sx.wmv

there is a guy out in Houston with a 2jzgte powered S14 that has gone a best of 9.15 @ 15x mph through a GM auto tranny and he will be even quicker sooner as we just sold him some parts to help his setup get down the track without breaking - you will see that car run mid 8s here soon but it is 2jzgte powered so no my idea of what a real 240sx would be (sr20det or ka24 powered)

Hate to be a killjoy but isnt there a Black S14 in AUS that still holds the record for fastest and quickest sr in the world. If Im not mistaken it ran some where around a 8.4 in the 160 mph range. The car was called devilish if im not mistaken again.

P.S. Knowing my luck im prob wrong.

Edit: Found it it ran an 8.70

Heres the video!!
