Subaru Sti vs Corvette Z06 vs Lamborghini vs Nissan Skyline
Again I said that the guy didn't know how to drive the vette, he looked like he had minimal experience in a RWD high powered. Put someone like Ron Fellows in the z06 and put him up against those guys again and we'll see what that vette could do. Not knocking the other cars.
Put Peter Solberg in the STi and then see what happens. Why so much hate on the Suby, I know the ZO6 is stout but damn give the STi it's due props. 4 door 3000 lb grocery getter ftw!

I guess having those split screen images of their foot work while they were driving was pointless...
Maybe they had wood blocks behind the gas pedal so they looked as if they were WOT but were actually 60% throttle
Maybe my eyes are failing me, but it was clear that all the other drivers, specially the Z06 driver had his foot down to the floorboard...
Its obvious in a straight line, the other 3 cars can outrun the S204. But then again, in a real racing environment, there are turns too

if thats the case, then i can see that happening. im not bashing or praising, just keeping everything in perspective cause it sure doesnt look right the way it ended. i know the Z06's have torque management from the factory and only make a crappy 420whp, but if they took out the torque management, they make high 400's, low 500's to the wheels.
is the Z-tune skyline a factory option?

IMO the conditions suited the Suby. It had the least power, but was racing on a lowspeed track and started on the pole.
Im going to chop this up.
Are you serious? Do you know who those people are?
Put anybody else in that car you want, nobody knows that track better than those drivers.
Wow, I laughed this entire video. Then after the video reading all the responses made it even funnier. I love how when the Z06 gets spanked on a track its not suited for everybody raises the BS flag, give it up, it lost. Even if it was out of its element on that track I think it is completly rediculous it that it loses to a 4 door 2.0 liter FACTORY car, s204 or not.

some just feel the Z06 was not driven like it should have been...the s204 is what...350hp? the Z06 is about the same weight, and has 150 more ponies(probably more like 200), and gobs more torque and it wasnt even coming near running it down in the straights, through the turns, or anywhere else, it looked like it was just holding the other cars up and being driven like shit by its driver..

So are you telling me he was sandbagging? If so for what? Dont forget its not only the Z06 that got beat, a Z-tune skyline and Murcialago did also.
