DIY...is the only way to ensure its done right. Mobil 1 and fram filter...I can do it for $25 bucks or less in 10-15 minutes. No hassle.

man I wouldnt put a fram filter on my lawn mower.....do yourself a favor, do some research, and use a different filter

Dang that sucks. I would be extremely pissed if that happened to me. They should do a follow up of this story to see if they actually resolved any of these issues.
