Tokyo Drift Behind the scenes

 

I have to admit, that movie was awsome, and better than the first two in my opinion, but I would never drift anything that I put money into!

was tanner fousts description of how it all started the truth? from what ive read and from what ive heard from other people it all started when people were trying to get down the mountains as fast as they could during a race, and when pushing their limits the rear end started sliding out a little, and they eventually found that if they can control that slide then they can get down even faster. so started drifting. and from their people decided to see how far they could push the actual drift by bringing the car further sideways while going faster.

tanner said that one guy did it because he was behind and wanted to create attention and eventually got it and kept doing it even if it meant him losing the race.
