no no.. the motor stutter is intake compressor surge.. this is when the turbo is producing too much cfm for the intake valves to handle.. this is actually a very common thing on dsm's.. even with a upgraded intake plenum.. The turbo is outflowing the motor. The reason you are seeing it with the nos is because you are adding crazy amount of cylinder pressure and a lot more turbine spin .. hence more air coming out of turbo. I see this on my dyno every now and then.. esp on the 2g 4g63 motors. Bigger intake valves = good.
