there is just somthing about convertable sports cars that just scares me. oh yeah if you roll over with the top down you go head first in to the pavemnet.

 

Yea I see guys at the track in verts and all they have is a helmet..I'm thinking yea thats going to protect you from a 3,500pnd car rolling on top of you..I wouldnt run one down the track.

 

it's not that it looks bad, hell, i'd drive it if given to me, but it's still slow. I think looks are important but at the same time i dont want something thats shit slow. I know that car isnt "shit slow" but at the same time a little more power wouldn't kill it

Yup mine is suppose to get 40 on the freeway. But on daily drive I notice from 25-35 on avg. Either way I love it my previous car got 10mpg I hated filling up that 24 gallon tank.

I agree I rather have my car fast then looked fast. But since this car is not going fast any time soon I am just making some cosmetic mods for my own viewing pleasure.

Then again a friend of mine had an old civic hatch that had a lot done to it ran 11’s but it was stripped inside and it was just not pleasant for everyday drive.

The best thing is to have a stock looking car that drives like a monster. That’s why I am torn between making my car look good with a body kit that looks clean not rice, or saving up for a turbo lets say.

I am leaning towards the looking good, because like I said I hope to get a real fast car and see you guys at the track.

I been thinking a C5 vett is a good car to start with. You can get one for low 20” even high teens and start doing some mods. And just have my civic as a daily drive that looks cool.

I have been drooling over this Vett for a while now.

I can’t believe it either what where you thinking? I am not going to limit myself because a couple of people want to be assholes. There where some asshole remarks, then I explained it to people that there is no need to be dicks to each other we are an online community. It is much better that we all get along and be supportive instead of making stupid remarks that ruin forums. Why should people be afraid to post here? I clearly stated what the video is about, you are the one who chose to “waist” your time. I believe that we should all calm down and be more polite to each other. You get 25 MPG because you're racing away from every light thinking you're Speed Racer in your 140 HP glory. And you're 'racing' vehicles that are probably just going at half throttle trying to get away from the asshole blowing out his speakers trying to look like a hardass at the instersection.
Your parents probably thought a deathly slow, 4dr economy car would be enough to kep you out of trouble. I guess your parents should have bought you a fucking moped.
