For a minute there I thought I saw a police car in the vid. But guess not. They do it in daylight hours and multiple times and no cops... its crazy.

usually the cops are so underpaid in those countries u can just pay them off to keep quiet. that's why they don't give a fuck.

That might be the case in some 3rd world countries. Definately not in Saudi.
