I read some magazine article where they tested a bunch of cop cars and the Crown Vics were really slow. I wish I could find the article but I'm sure that magazine is long gone. It was something like 16's at 80-something, and maybe 129 mph top speed? The highway patrol camaros did 13.9 at 100 and limited to just under 160 top speed- the only decently quick cop car.

 

you guys are so wrong, those cop cars may look like slugs but they dont move like em. there a four door mustang 5.0 and i hate to say but not realyy but they eat you fuckin imports asses up

Are u serious have u guys ever took a ride in a crown vic interceptor i used to think the same but when i got in one it changed my whole say about them now i know about speed my dad has a porsche GT3 and believe me the crown vic halls ass its fuckin quick my neighbor is a cop and i got to go on a ride along with him and we had to go to a call and he floored it and got it up to 140 like that not topping it out he had more to go it was crazy yea yea i know its a four door but look at the BMW M5 its the fastest production 4 dr in the world and has better 0-60 time then all the supercars today dont believe look online so four doors dont mean shit crown vics are fast and did u see the corvette was pulling from them and seriously if ur running from the cops r u only going to go 100 mph if u ask me im gonna floor it

you know nothing about crown vic PI's do you? they dont have a 302 and they dont weigh 5000 pounds, they can move pretty good, prolly faster then 60% of the cars on here, and that LT1 vette isnt to quick.......
