miguel, i'd like to see you drive this car for 5-6 months without any issues...on 20psi w/ 93 octane.

while 1/4mile numbers are one thing...being able to drive the car on a somewhat regular basis will be the most satisfying. you have an incredible setup and it has incredible potential. just don't get carried away and run this motor into the ground.

Best of luck to you. Sounds like you have the right parts hopefully it will do the numbers you want it to.

42 psi damn man I thought I was bad for running 30.

Well hopefully the car will actually run this year... seems like this buildup has been going on for like the 3rd year now and still hasnt made it to the track or dyno

If you read above and thought what does the type of car and the size of the turbo matter when reffering to how much flow to the amount of power it will make. You need to consider the amount of flow and efficency of the above motor before thinking its a silly question in that context.
I thought Miguel was building a Mitsubishi Anyway. Below is a Honda with a non ball bearing GT4067. B18C, Endyn head, Precision GT4067, 4" downpipe, Full Race exhaust manifold with 2 TiAL 40mm wastegates, Motec M4 with M&W ignition box and CBR coils. This pull was at 30lbs, but very conservative timing. The car has a 5 bar map sensor and 1600cc injectors, so they are definitely not going to stop at 30psi. The tuner (Tony Palo / Tony1) just doesnt like to push them this hard on the dyno. He will do the rest of the tuning on the track. Miguel's motor has more displacement, larger cams, etc.

Yes sir I will do my best. After I make the numbers, and take it down the track to see what on the suspension needs tweeking, I will then drive it consevativly..... untill I feel its ready to go back!

What ACT PP is that and what are you using for a disk? Most strokers seem to rip/burn through street disks on 2600/2900s in little to no miles at all making anything over 550-575whp. I have seen a stroker that made almost 600whp on 25lbs of boost burn through a brand new 2600/street disk with just 3 dyno pulls and the 7mile drive to the track(Yes the driver knows how to drive and don't talk about break in miles cause thats just bs). It seems if everything goes well on the power side you will be also working on getting the clutch setup right while you do your suspension tweaking. If you are running a 2600/sd hopefully it will hold up enough for some tuning and track passes so we can see what she can do.

Looks like a good clean fun setup and best of luck to you.

Thanks for the tuners name I was just wondering but I tune all my stuff.

I have seen people make this power on the 2900 with no prob. I also heard of prople destroying them, hopefully mine will last a little. I run the 2900lb with dual friction disc. Kevlar puck style on one side and organic on the other. I have another clutch picked out to replace it once it lets me down. My new clutch is a twin disc.

I do appreciate you trying to help
The luck is also appreciated, I am sure I can use all I can get!!!

Sorry I disapointed you for so long, but I guess you didnt know that any serious car without a wealthy family, Shop, or business behind it takes a while to produce. I wanted the car to be everything I wanted it to be when it came out. I built it for myself not for you or anyone else. There are plenty of things that where hard for me to afford, and I dont take the cheap way around it. I took my time and saved the money that I needed to get what I needed. Once again sorry it wasnt in a the timely manor you felt it should be done in......If you really want to help....I can always use a sponser of some type!!!
