Eh I suppose people have different opinions, I think it's just a look factor, and makes the car look a little bit more cooler, dispite the performance parts...

the neon has neons.. and a huge system in it and some gay stickers and 19 inch huge rims. i dont know, all he needs is a disco ball and youd swear you were at a club.

I think some neons are cool as shit. like that one dude with the Stealth RT that showed up a couple weeks ago at the Friday meet, he had some real nice neons. Alternating flashes, changing colors. I like those.
