Default A lap at Sebring

Here is one of my laps at Sebring last weekend. I had a really hard time getting a clear run and I didn't like the set-up I was running. I am going to make some big changes before the next event.

Basiclly gotta be pretty rich... Not like, NFL player rich, but... pretty "well off".

End up spending like $1000-$1500 on "training", $250 to run your first solo event, and unless you have AWD changing the tires is almost and "MUST DO".

My friends stock ACR with a tire change cleaned up out there last time we went, hehe..

BTW, don't forgot gas $$$ food $$$ drink $$$ And of course your car has to be able to take some SUPER SUPER hardcore ass whipping and still drive home.

They also do a tech inspect to ensure no one is dripping on the track, so no leaking is acceptable.. Don't forget a helmet too.

Even if your a broke mofo like myself, its something EVERY true car guy should at least ride it !!!

My first ride was in a 90' 4-banger BMW M3, it was all motor. I was sick the entire day and ALL NIGHT after that ride !!! It was still the fastest car I've riden in.

Other cars include my friends ACR SRT4 with just a tire change, and a race car viper. The 600mile new ACR passed everything from a C6 vette to evo MR, 911's, M3s. Its a totally different game out there, and driver is about 78% of how fast you get around the track...

Sebring = love

I just hope one day it will be as cheap as say a BMP event, hehe...

The events are any where from 275-290 + a 50.00 yearly membership fee. If you don't track experience, then you will need an instructor... provided by chin but it's an additional 50.00.
I typically get 2-3 hours of track time.
Yea, there a lot of high end cars... a few Speed world challenge cars and a lot of real fast Porsches.

I was told by Chin officals that I needed 3 events with an instructor, at about $450 after everything, plus my car expenses..

If you can afford it, its UN REAL !!

I am not sure how many events a novice needs with an instructor. I had a master instructor sign off and allow me to run solo, but I have a lot of experience at Sebring.

A lap at Sebring. What kind of times are street cars running? Any site that shows those?
