I think what you are hearing as "falling apart" would be the sounds of what is on a road course that is surounded by gravel that gets on the track, with the mix of no interior or anything sound deadening in the car anymore. The inside of EVERY car ever to hit the track sounds like that.

If that E36 in the middle of the video was turboed aswell that evo would have had no chance...
