Not as high as you would think. They are naturally aspirated so they don't get very hot, but the headers are made out of VERY thin titanium or inconel. So thin in fact that it glows even with normal EGT's.

My friend rides dirt bikes and he has a titanium header for it (4 stroke 400cc). It glows bright cherry red but its light as a feather.
