from the story I guess boostin jumps out then ICS catches and its pretty even by 120.

 

boosten was in it all the way chris pulls reall hard up top then shifted in to 5th "witch he normally dosent .... close run for sure... chris had a fender at most...

 

OK. A little background. Boostin and I had our words back and fourth on here, and kinda went off and on but never had the chance to settle it for many reasons... Well, Sunday night I was kinda peer pressured into running him, so I did... I had many reasons why I thought we shouldnt run, which were all pretty obvious... I havent changed my plugs in forever, since I barely drive the car anymore, so being that they are pretty shot, from 6500RPM up, my car breaks up pretty bad (which Boostin himself could hear during the run) , and I was also on bald drag radials, which might I add blew out on the interstate at nearly 80mph shortly after the race (that was interesting), BUT, I was also told his car was pulling timing for some reason, so neither of us were really 100%.

They finally talk me into running him, so we set out to go 40-125... As you can tell in the video, I spun pretty bad til about middle of third gear, then once I caught traction, caught up and nudged out a bit in front by 125. I let out at 125, and put it in 5th to slow down and realized he was still going, so I hopped back in it...

All in all, it was a very good race, and John is actually not a bad dude in person... This was mostly for shits and giggles since we were both not 100%, so Im sure there will be a rematch, maybe even multiple rematches... Im just glad the tire didnt let go DURING the race...

Thats pretty much all I have to say about the run. I just wanna thank Boostin for the run... Hopefully we can do it again soon

if you want to run from a dig we can set it up once I am up on the street dig to 130

 

He prob wont because he dosnt have tires, and now has a job. maybe he will buy some by then but who knows.
also his comp is down so he can only post when he can. he had to come by my house to post in here tonight. give him a sometime to reply
