first off I am neither ignorant or a child, I did not say the ls1 was a peice of shit. I inferred the mustang would be a piece of shit with an ls1 in it. A very good freind of mine has an camaro thats runs 11.34 to my 11.36 and I can respect the fact the camaro has power, but personally I would not waste my time putting a ford motor in a camaro or vice versa. and none of the chevy owners that I know would either. the only reason to do it would be to ride around in a car that people actually want to look at.

Brad Brand was the first to break the 200mph barrier on 10.5s in FFW trim as well.
as to the comment regarding the LSX motors, this is a small block, i'm sure you're refering to a big block motor. And Brad has full interior and a radio in this thing as well (or at least he did).

 

Here is a good pic of Todd Tutterow blown small block mustang... how does 4.07-4.09 @ 180mph in the 1/8 sound?? .97-.99 short times to boot granted this is on a 10.5W tire but still... He also has a 48 Willy's Coupe that runs a small block on lots of giggle gas it runs 4.0x's as well...
