He is spending 4 years in prison for it, Steve O from Jackass instigated it. And had to turn states witness in prosecuting the guy for aggravated battery. Steve O was the one filming.

Are you serious? How do you know this? Also, I'm pretty surprised that guy got up.

He didn't look to good, but getting up after hits like that with a skateboard is pretty impressive. I don't think he was talking shit, was he? I thought he was standing up for those girls. I think he was talking about how he needs to pay for the damage, or come over and exchange information or something. (Not that a person like that would be cooperative anyway)
