I think he handeled that pretty well, b/c if you noticed there are kids around. You know how bad that could have gone over w/that city. The kids would be in shock and the dog was just scared, i think the officer noticed that, thats why he pulled the shock gun. I think the smarter officers even threatened pull the taser gun instead of the pistol. A real cop wants to leave a call knowing he did everything by the book.
