heh...i find that video very amusing...it shows completely how stout the supra top end is... the viper had almost 2 cars+ on the supra in the first 500meters...and then the supra just took over... the fact that he was within .1 of a second in the end impresses me...

if that track was even 100meters longer the supra would have won everytime...if they raced on the highway afterwards te viper would have been owned.

this just shows....supras arent meant for 1/4 nice runs though....

 

my guess is that if the supra had m/t's as well, it would have maybe one, still good vid

 

omfg can that supra have anymore wheel hop? I wanted to see that viper explode but it never happend Why was the soup only runnin 12's? Stock twins or what?

 

stock supra runs mid 13's i believe. the best part was when he kept tryin to burnout and failed miserably, then he spins the tires like 20 ft coming out of the hole.

 

that was a bpu supra ...meaning most likely an intake exhaust and boost controller....

thats the other thing i noticed...lack of driving skills....and he still would have beaten the viper had the track been slightly longer....

but in the 1/4 miles world the viper DID win....

 

A great man once said winning is winning, it doesnt mean if its by a mile or by a forgot the rest. But the guy in the supra def. needs to learn how to drive a little better, and I think the vid sucked, but o well.

 

At least the trap speed gives them a false sense of hope.

 

did you guys all miss the part also where the supra was on stock tires, and the fucking viper had mickey thompson's ??????
