that cops a fuckin doushe for endangering so many civilians lives. plus I that has to be the slowest high speed chase ive ever seen guy had to of been stoned off his ass.

^ i hope your not thinking what you just saw was a 130mph chase? They were talking about speeds "reached" up to 130mph.

it even said in the article that he was charged with 2 felonies, including transportation of crystal meth.
