eh don't mind me, i just don't understand why you would put a t66 on a 2 liter motor... but then again i put a whole lot more emphasis on transient response and general driveability than on having a big honking turbo under the hood... a properly sized gt30 will make those numbers with a much more user friendly torque curve.

then again all i can do is bench race since i'm an unemployed broke ass who has nothing better to do than knock other people's tuning choices on the internet.

Seemed slow compared to a 0-180 jog I took in a certain stock block sr20 powered nissan that made similar power back in Aug of '03......

I just watched the vid, he shifts it near nine anyway, you really can't hope for more than a 3000 rpm powerband on a car like that unless you take it to 9500 or 10k. 4G63's may be able to do 9500 reliably with just valve springs and retainers, but no sr20 is going to take that reliably with those bigass rocker arms adding so much mass to the valvetrain.

It does seem like his shifts are pretty slow, though. He winds up a little bit lower than full boost and he lets the turbo spin down too much, it seems like there is a pause before he really accelerates again. An MSD box with a 2 step on the clutch switch would do that car a lot of good.

20 psi on a 86 bore SR = 300-310 torque... always has always will.
24 psi on a 86 bore SR = 340-350 torque... always has always will.
27 psi on a 86 bore SR = 380-390 torque... always has always will.

Boost = Torque.. this is a rock solid relationship irregardless of what turbo you are running.. as long as you can pull that kind of psi. I work on the dyno all day, that is my job, and I have about a 100+ SR tunes that can show this relationship. I don't know how this setup came up with such a big torque number... This is either not this car's dyno or not a stock bore SR.
30deg timing on 30psi ??!?!?!?! You have got to be joking hagaghahahaha
