Skyline vs. Camaro
like what? that skylines are infact the most overrated cars ever
sure they're great but their US hype lives completely on the "Grass is greener on the other side" complex
$80k after mark-up, importing taxs, shipping, etc just isn't worth it to me I guess when there is much better to spend on
oh and yes no v8 has ever made over 1000hp you win

Your guilty of A) talking out your ass about things you have no idea about, and B) dismissing the performance potential of any other cars besides the one's you know about. The whole foundation for the rebuttals I see are based on making fun of the fast and the furious, and calling anyone that disagree's with you names like fanboy or worse. Now, notice no one touched my comment about the car dominating GT racing or any other achievments that, if you were true car enthusiasts, would be interesting to you. So, if you don't like anything besides 1950's technology? thats fine, great, live under a rock. I wish you the best and hope you continue to enjoy the drive in a straight line.
Maybe its not your fault? Maybe you don't know what GT racing is? So let me tell you. Very simple stuff, its the best production cars built by man, competing on the track (with TURNS). Ask yourself this. When is the last time you saw a Camaro spanking a McLaren F1 on a track? How about the last time you saw Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, and all the other top automotive manufacturers getting spanked so hard, that they basically had to start adding lead bricks to the Skyline, and restrictor plates to the induction system. Then, still admitting they do not have the technology to beat the car in the anywhere near future?
Enjoy the drive motherfuckers, I know I sure do, and I'm in a "POS" Sentra.

super car was logical?

I'm not here to prove the fbody is superior to the skyline in everyway shape
or form, the overall car is all in the eyes of the beholder. everyone here
knows how much you love the skyline and take great pride in being a GT
racing history buff, but no amount of racing history is gonna make the skyline
in question a 100% better car to the camaro that walked it
listen I have respect for the skyline, it's just when it's overhyped, and people
like the other guy make it out that the only reason I disagree with him is
because I'm a dumb mullet redneck who thinks v8 is the only thing worth
driving

Camaro's are good for what they do, which is turn great 1/4 mile times.
Skyline's are good for what they do, which is compete greatly in circuit racing.
These are the two things the cars are best at. I wish people would realize that. The Camaro never set any records for fastest lap around Nurburgring. Likewise, the Skyline probably isn't one of the cheapest cars to go fast in drag racing (something the Camaro is good at).

Wait till most of these cars are owned by real enthusiats that actually bring the out the hidden power that we all know about and then when you get flexed on from stop light to stop light, just think of me.
and um........no sorry guys, no rwd on street tires is outlaunching an awd on the normal roadways! Especially an awd with ATESSA that transfers the awd to rwd after speed is gained.
Not going to get into a cyber battle about skylines being the all mighty car cause it's not but it's damn close.
