I dunno about that, right now brand new they are going for about $31k...if he was smart he would have bought one slightly used for about $24k. Now even though the SRT is a great buy for the money, I think I would opt for the 355hp GTO 6 speed....The GTO is a very low 13 second car on street tires if driven properly... Maybe he should learn how to drive it before going on camera.

The gto's are turds, ive killed quite a few with a big surprising lead, however the new ones with the ls2 are much better
