UPDATE: Some people caught a timing light error in the videos saying that they were not triggered with the front wheels, but with the rear wheels... which accounts for .3 seconds which would put him @ 9.65.... if that is the case then he does not hold the world record.. Ryan Woon's record was 9.62

timing error....that wasnt no 1.3 sixty foot. Especially when he was cutting 1.5s all day. HUUUGE difference between 1.5s and a 1.3. If he backs it up then he can claim it. Untill then it clearly looks like a beam glitch to me.
