Mozilla Firefox, right-click, save target as: 420 byte file saved to disk. Open with text editor --> HTML containing 403 Forbidden error.
Mozilla Firefox, left click: New browser window opens with 403 Forbidden error.
Copy/paste the URL into IE, asks me to save the file, save it, works fine.
