ate rice for breakfast= ricer (lunch & dinner )
car is worth more than most houses = ricer
built by engineers = ricer ------------ they ate rice too

if you are refering to the vid with the "flyby"
it was just another view (angle) of a record attempt.
at this moment it was a exhibition pass and if you thaught
that it was a race ... well then your the true "ricer" because You missed the point
