yea the drunk guy got off lucky. he fought with a cop and all he did was get zapped. i had a clearwater cop pull a gun on me just because i was mistaken for someone that tried to break into a nearby building. i about pissed myself and all i was doing was standing with my friend next to his car.

 

yea he deserved it. drunk or not drunk. he didnt listen. and being drunk is no excuse

 

yeh I can see teh drunk and resisting side of it... but you know that theres some ass clown lawyer that will be like you see my client was scared and the officer was clearly using exsessive forceby telling him to get down while hes already on the pavement. Tho I may be wrong....
