Id shoot him, thats assault with a deadly weapon, he swung it towards her head on the drivers side, If I was in traffic and saw that, he'd have a couple well placed bullets in his chest. As asked in above posts, yes you would be allowed to use deadly force on that dumbass as you are protecting innocent life. I wish he tried that shit on my truck id blow some holes right through my door and blow his dick off, then run over his legs to detain him untill the police came.
