its a turbo neon from the factory, decently quick for being stock. fastest car under 20k

but my friend raced that exact SRT 4 in his boosted Mini Cooper.
now before any assholes laugh, it was running 18 psi, full Cooper Works Kit software package and is an awesome driver. he is a tech with me at Ferman.
we have run many a 98 cobra with BPU and beat them from both a roll and eventually from a dead stop, had them by 60mph. that neon put like 8 cars on him from a dead stop, no joke
both our jaws dropped and he was fucking gone
that car is quick as shit

anyone see the new SRT4 extreme lightweight edition or somet shit? quarter mile recorded at 12.5 secs!! And it has some button you push when running 100+ octane, makes almost 400whp.
