+1, an R/T can sometimes be the determining factor.

I never really cared about R/T's till I raced a cobra at the track and lost by 0.001 seconds and his r/t was in the .5** and mine was in the .7**. Now I never try to go over .54*

This is true. I know it is done for safety purposes and I know if I was running 150+mph I would have one too. I was just poking a little fun. I would think if I owned a car that went 150+mph I would still want to be able to stop under the brakes own power, atleast till up around 170mph.

no doubt.. upgrading the brakes (at least the rears for now) is also on my list.. man that thing keeps getting longer!
