how can they get a ticket for speeding on tape? thats like if a cop hears you talkin bout smokin pot he arrests you for pot use...wtf j00

cause dr. gt, they can prove it. Just like if they catch you on their own tapes speeding they can prove it. Talking about and a video of the action in question are two different things.
