looks like the Pt cruiser ran the light cuz the cars on the opposite side were stopping. PT prolly decided well it just turned red, i can make it, while the other person said, wow perfect, the light just turned green, i dont even have to slow down. Pt cruiser is completely in the wrong, and i hate it when i see cars run fresh red lights
