I hope you guys arent serious about wishing that outcome to bikers @ places like 4th st? There could have been a better alternative to that situation. Only in another country could that work you know if it was the US he would have sued and won!

 

I feel there was no other better alternative. The guy got what he deserved and only a currupt legal system such as the US of A's would a criminal win a case arguing the way of which he was aprehended which is why you would never see such a tactic used here.

I wouldn't say for a second though that bikers out on 4th st deserve such.
