I saw that a long time ago but it is still just as funny as the last time. Even if it was staged thats probably what would happen if someone actually did that. Think about it if a person comes up to u starts yelling in your face and throwing his arms around like a jack ass how was the cop supposed to know he wasn't just gonna come out and hit him?
