The voice over is from a link off albinoblacksheep.com called the insanity test, Which consists of a picture of an f1 car and those sounds. They say to not laugh for a minute while staring at the picture and listening to the noise. Its pretty funny, i laughed my ass of so........if that says anything

that have that same voice on a commerical of a little animated guy that simulates jumping in a honda and taking off and running into a pole. very funny commerical.
