umm keith....13000 RPM is not conducive to tq...thats why i found the name of that bike movie so ironic....torque...the one thing bikes lack.

And tq is also created by intake structure. Long plenum= low end tq and no plenum = just about no tq period...
stock gt intake= nice high tq in the bottom end
GT-40= even better tq
some like the Victor series with no runners but instead basically just a box mani= jack shit
