One thing I learned from racing motocross. When a jump goes bad just stay on the bike because it can absorb a fucked up landing better than you can by yourself. No doubt you will get thrown off the front of it but at least the initial impact would be absorbed by some of the bikes suspension. Anyhow, HOLY SHIT THAT HAD TO HURT!
