Why because I know like 3 people that got turbos for their LS1's this year? Because there are two new LS1 turbo kits, just this year, for the LS1? Two years ago this list had one vendor and they went out of business (Incon Twin), now:

I wish they did have the turbo thing worked out for LS1's. Only if you want a below 600rwhp setup. Anything above that requires a lot of work. We cant use just dyno #'s from vendors to show that all bugs have been worked out. Give it another year and I think the tuning problems will be fixed and perfected.

Are you talking about MightyMouse? If so he is one out of many who have tried and failed. Harlan's car is not practical. I know of no Florida LS1 cars making over 600rwhp with a turbo.

 

Yes, MM. He is in my car club. He had some issues with the "last" turbo kit for sure. Him and Rob as still just pissed at each other about it. I do not think Robs "old" kit is good for too much over 600 HP on pump gas.

I think the secret is a separate fuel management system. That MAF and thottle body are just too limiting IMHO. Rob is going to a F.A.S.T. system too for he new beast.
