No, I did not race the Z06 in that vid, but I feel confident I would beat him, as he was stock. Here is a better vid. Not a Z06, but a Z06 engine with airbox, headers and some other things. Dyno'd 392whp. Also my latest dyno sheet below.

I miss the 93 SHO I had in highschool. Possibly the nicest sounding v6 on the planet. Rode the funk out for being an automatic as well. 3.2L of wonderous fury.

My parents had an SHO. My dad will never buy another Ford in his life.

The Yamaha engine is strong tho. If you read about it, the thing was actually able to rev to 8500 in Yamaha testing, but Ford's dumbass couldn't make accessories spin fast enough for that, so they put like a 7,000 RPM fuel cut on it. I'd bet that thing would have more like 260 hp if it revved that high....way back in the day when basically only the NSX (actually the NSX was later) had a similarly advanced v6.

The editing kinda sucked. It looked like it was cut together to make the SHO look like it was beating it's opponents.

SHO's are cool though. Although I believe the last V6 Yahaha powered versions were in '95. '96 There was no SHO, I believe it wasn't until a model year later that the V8 SHO was introduced.
I test drove a '94 and a '95 SHO right after test driving a 5 speed Integra GSR. In my opinion, the SHO would have humiliated the Integra.
The SHO was a well rounded sport sedan....though I liked it's heir the SVT Contour much better.
