Im actually not sure if this is poaching or not.

There are some private reserves in Africa where you can go and pay 15-20k to go hunt a lion.

Looks like thats what this was. The shooter deoesnt look American.

Damn people need to learn how to shoot before they go hunting...that lion should have took that guys head off just for being such an asshole and not killing it on the first shot.
