Its not an excuse, to me it clearly looks like the viper puts on his brakes like halfway, you can see his lights in back come on....

That is not the brakes , it is the reflection of the lights on the camera. Keep on looking all the way down and it kinda keeps on doing the same thing. If you want I will get you the guys # if you want to ask him yourself if he let off or not , I do not have to lie.
