i think that was only a V6 in the car...i know it was a V6 from the outside though. and i guess the 700R4 would be possible but unlikely...the LS1 is not a 350...its a 346. ....but yea that dude was utterly fucking stupid

Well... I always tell people the same thing, "It is the same 350 that is in a Corvette" (Not the Z06 that is an LS6) It is pretty common to say 350 LS1 but, that is not what makes him stupid.
What makes hime stupid: The "Daytona 500 stamped tranny", Superchaged, dual ram air, carbon fiber intake, he talks about a stall but does not what a torque converter is. The ONLY tranny mod I know of are TH350 or TH400 but like you said, not impossiable.
