how to change User name without changing account.

how can i change my user name without losing everything? ive checked profile and options. im lost... i can do this on other boards.

can you do anyones? i just want to change mine because i dont have a teg anymore and the teg in tegpenis is integra so i wanted to see if i could get that changed. thanks.
