inquiry to admin

At one time, if I replied/subscribed to a thread, I was notified through bobfixesitup@yahoo.com, to go to TR, and that a reply was made.

At one time, if I had a private message, I was notified through
bobfixesitup@yahoo.com, to go to TR, to read the pm.

Can anyone advise me as to what I need to do to make this feature work again?
