You and me both, man. Anyway, as for the second question, we have implemented the Buyer Beware threads in every Classified forum to help people when making decisions of who to buy from.

As far as making new forums and such, that's all the admins (i am in full agreement about an IT Forum, not sure how much use it would get though).

I think it would be used all the time.. I see tons of PC related questions all over the place.. plus maybe make the title "Gaming and PC" or something similiar and we could discuss gaming stuff as well.
