Default Links Page

I'm new to the area, and have been looking for shops. I know of a couple, but I'm sure there are more. Why not have a link page with all of the local car shops listed, domestic and imports.

If I've just missed the page compeatly, my bad.

Thanks

John

You can check out this forum, that's where all our vendors post their specials, you can also refresh the main page repeatedly and check out the banners...

I think you missed my point. A link page with all the shops on it. Directions to the shops. Information about what they do at the shops. Maybe a little background on the owner and the shop. Some pictures of the shops wouldn't be a bad idea. I'm always going to look at a clean shop much more than a messy one. Now, the work coming out of the shop is the most important, but messy shop leads to a disorganized work environment. It might even help keep the shops on their toes about such things. The shops could even have privileges on the web sight to their area to update photos, video and show customer cars.

The TR sight could charge for some things like the video and photos, but it shouldn’t cost anything just to have directions and a little text about the shop.

I want to know about all the shops. Not just if they advertise on the page or if they're having a special. And come on.... Having to refresh page after page to find an Ad so that I can find a shop? How about a page with all the ads on it. Just my 2 cents.

I'd prefer to see us put in a directory of local busineses where they can list their shop for a minor fee. This will help them, and help us keep the server running and be able to afford upgrades.
that's not a bad idea. his idea is a good one but i still think a shop or business ought to have to pay something for it, just like you do to get your name in the yellow pages. i think there would be far more bites on a directory-type-deal than just on a banner ad. two cents.
