Whats "The Cellar" for?

I see it in the forums....there is one message in there. And no way to post any new ones. Just Curious. Why is it there?

its where we store particularly "great" threads .. so no one can resurect them, and mess them up.

you can specify to show all posts since the beginning and see all the threads.
